Minimum temperature in most parts of Punjab and Haryana stayed close between one to four degrees Celsius above normal in most parts of the region. The night temperatures in Kashmir Valley and Ladakh region, though continued to remain below the freezing point, went up slightly increasing the possibility of rains or snowfall.
Today the Shimla sky was clear in the morning but thick clouds covered as the day advanced and chilly winds with little snowflakes swept the region.
